User Agreement & Terms of Service

Welcome to SMS OTP (thuecodeotp.pro). By accessing, registering an account, or using any services on our platform (including virtual phone number rentals for OTP SMS verification, Email OTP rental, account deposits, and API integration), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

1. General Terms & Nature of Platform

  1. P2P Deal Model: Users can purchase and rent virtual numbers directly from suppliers through our Peer-to-Peer (P2P) deal system.
  2. Public Deals: Public deals are offers from suppliers available to all registered users. Any eligible user can accept and join such a deal.
  3. SMS Verification Provision: As part of a deal, the supplier provides a phone number for remote SMS verification reception via our software and technical infrastructure.
  4. Platform Role: The platform is NOT a guarantor of any deal. We solely provide the technical interface and matchmaking infrastructure for transactions between users and suppliers.
  5. Monitoring & Exclusion: We reserve the right to monitor user and supplier activity and exclude or ban accounts in cases of repeated violations of platform rules.
  6. Account Identification: Your account is identified exclusively by the email address provided during registration.
  7. Communications & Promotions: By registering on the site, you agree to receive essential service notifications and promotional updates from us. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

2. How the Deal Works

  1. Filters & Selection: Use filters (by service or country) to find suitable SIM card suppliers.
  2. Rental & Verification:
    • Choose a supplier/service and click Buy (Rent Number).
    • Use the provided phone number to request a verification code from your target service.
    • Confirm that the SMS was received, check the verification code, and click the green Ready button.
  3. Multiple SMS Messages (Repeat): To receive more than one SMS on the same number for the same service, click Repeat and request another message from the third-party application.
  4. Completing the Deal (Finish): If everything is correct and you are satisfied, click Finish — or wait 15 minutes for automatic transaction completion.
  5. Maximum Waiting Window: The maximum SMS waiting time is 20 minutes. After 20 minutes without an SMS, the number session automatically concludes.
  6. Deductions & Fees:
    • Activation fees are deducted based on the published price list displayed at the time of purchase.
    • Charges are applied after completing the transaction (upon clicking Ready/Finish, or upon automatic completion).
  7. Free Cancellation: If a number was provided but not used (no SMS code received), you may cancel at any time without penalty or fee. Deliberate abuse of rapid creation and cancellation may lead to moderation actions.

3. Strict Prohibitions & Liability Disclaimer

  1. Lawful Use Only: Using the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose is strictly forbidden.
  2. EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES:
    • No Paid Subscriptions: The platform must NOT be used for paid subscription services or recurring automated billing setups.
    • No Banking Services: Activations for banking services, credit card setups, or financial institutions are strictly prohibited.
    • No WebMoney: Activations of WebMoney accounts or transactions are strictly prohibited.
    • No Fraud or Spam: Account takeovers, identity theft, unauthorized access to third-party accounts, phishing, and spam dissemination are strictly forbidden.
    • No Exploitation of Vulnerabilities: Any exploitation of software bugs, security vulnerabilities, or infrastructure flaws is strictly forbidden by law.
  3. Disclaimer on Created Accounts: We are not responsible for accounts created using rented numbers. All actions, intended usage, and potential blocks or suspensions by third-party platforms are at the buyer's sole risk.
  4. Enforcement: Violations will result in immediate permanent account suspension, forfeiture of balance without refund, and potential disclosure to competent authorities when legally required.

4. Deposit & Refund Policy

  1. Service Credits: Account deposits are recorded as service credits to pay for SMS rentals, email verifications, and API calls on the platform.
  2. 100% Automated Refund for Unreceived SMS:
    • Standard activation numbers have a 20-minute waiting window.
    • If no SMS is received within 20 minutes, or if you cancel an unreceived number, the system automatically refunds 100% of the rental fee to your website account balance.
    • No support ticket or manual claim is necessary.
  3. Completed Orders: Once a valid SMS code has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled and non-refundable.
  4. Refund to Original Payment Card:
    • Refunds back to payment cards are only considered upon formal request sent from the exact email address registered with your account to: [email protected] or via our official Telegram channel.
    • Card refunds are processed exclusively to the original payment card in the same currency.

5. API Integration & Responsibilities

  1. The platform provides REST API access for automated number rental and message retrieval.
  2. Users are responsible for safeguarding their API keys and following technical specifications.
  3. API Disclaimer: We are not responsible for API misconfigurations, client-side software faults, or user errors when calling the API. No refunds are provided for issues resulting from user misconfigurations.

6. Payment Card & Banking Security

  1. When paying for orders with a bank card, payment processing (including card number entry) takes place on a secure page of a certified payment processing system.
  2. Confidentiality Guaranteed: Your confidential data (card number, CVV/CVC, expiration date) is never sent to or stored on our servers. The entire process is protected; neither our platform nor third parties have access to your private banking data.
  3. PCI DSS Compliance: The payment handling system complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), a global security standard established by Visa, MasterCard, and international card networks.
  4. Advanced Encryption: Data transmission is secured using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption, Verified by Visa, MasterCard SecureCode, and closed banking networks with the highest level of protection.

7. Account Security, Freezing & Recovery

  1. Email Identification: Your account is identified solely by the email address provided during registration.
  2. Account Freezing: For security and anti-fraud reasons, your account may be frozen in the following circumstances:
    • No account activity for 3 consecutive months.
    • Suspicious, unauthorized, or third-party access patterns detected.
  3. Account Recovery: Account recovery is possible only via the original email address specified during initial registration.
